Let the notes of each chord ring until the chord change
happens (except for the two lead-in notes before the
Bb and A+ chords).

It helps to have a large number of guitar players 
playing this riff in unison.	;^)

The trick I use to play this smoothly is as follows:
As you are playing the first three notes of the F6 chord,
adjust your hand so that you are doing a full barre with
the first finger across the first fret.  Hold this barre
until the open D string just before the A+ chord.
